Comfort Hotel® Kista

The hotel do not provide any clear instructions to their guests that the parking lot is not their private nor any instructions to follow while using it. We got penalty of 1800 Kr just because of parking ticket was not visible to the authorized person. After asking help from the hotel staff they just replied saying its not their concern and she cant help saying she is not the queen of sweden. We also had another guest with us with the similar issue. It feels like getting robbed and being new in the country we feel helpless to resolve such issue.

Clean, comfortable room and close to shopping and Kista Mässan. Nice family room with sofa bed. If lactose intolerant there are few choices at breakfast but in all a good choice for a stay. Me and my family will come back ☺️

Never seen a room with less soul than here. Design is in focus, but not really comfort. Beds that should be changed (if you don’t like sleeping in a hammock), only English-speaking staff in reception (??). Breakfast really basic and un-thawed cut fruits. Not worth paying extra for a superior, first and last stay here.

Clean, modern hotel in the Nordic Choice chain. Excellent location by public transport and large shopping mall. Staff service-minded and helpful Easy to find car park as well. restaurant evening meal not so much, better to eat or take-away from the food court at the nearby shopping centre. Got a good price as still low season post-pandemic. Recommended to get a better price as you get to city centre quite easy of you are a tourist. Nice location near subway, and mall. Very friendly staff! I asked where to go for morning run. Barception asked, "how long run you woud to have?" And in a minute he gave me printed map for my morning run. That is service! Room was big, spacious and stylish, industrial style. No useless degorations. Very quiet, becouse all doors were good quality, no "paper" doors. Beds were good, even "bed out of sofa" was quality. Many hotels use cheap stuff. This hotel use less stuff, but quality stuff. Air condition in room was ok. 4 person, and warm days, you got good sleep at night. Good for family. Subway gets you in notime to downtown or center of Stockholm. Breakfast was good, not too wide, and not too narrow selection of food. Trash / recycle bins in lobby is good idea!
