Terms and conditions for storage and use of personal information for users who create a personal web profile.
A user of Strawberry's website can create a web profile. By using this, personal interests and needs may be retreived by Strawberry at a later date to simplify the booking process and customize information and services in line with the user's profile.
Strawberry Commercial Services AS is the controller of the personal information a user submits for registration of a profile on the Strawberry website.
Personal information, interests, special needs and requests will be saved along with booking data and purchase history.
This information can be used by Strawberry to customize the web service for the user's needs.
Address, e-mail and mobile number can be used to send the user information and offers within Norwegian, Swedish and Danish law and other applicable regulations.
One can at any time choose not to receive information and offers by ticking off this on "My Page" or by contacting customer service.
A user is entitled to access, correct and delete his personal data. Strawberry reserves the right to change these terms and the user is responsible to keep himself acquainted with the prevailing conditions of the web service.
The web profile holder (the user) agrees and accepts that Strawberry registers and uses the personal information in accordance with applicable legislation and these terms.
The user has the right to request information, through a written application, regarding what personal data concerning the user that Strawberry has registered. The user may request for correction of any inaccurate data. The user can also apply for having personal data deleted. Such application shall be submitted to Customer Service on the following e-mail address, booking@strawberry.se or by calling Customer Service, +46 771 666 700.
Registration and processing of personal data of people under the age of 18 requires, as a starting point, consent from a legal guardian. By consenting to these terms and conditions you confirm that you are either older than 18 years old or that your legal guardian approves to the storage and processing of your personal data by Strawberry, in accordance with these terms and conditions. Strawberry reserves the right to have the consent of the legal guardian verified. If the requested consent cannot be verified, Strawberrys reserves the right to deregister the user and to block the account.
